While juggling performances for the stage production Tearless Sky and the grand Chinese cultural showcase Echoes of Artistry, JessC continues to shine internationally with another remarkable music milestone. She has now become the first singer in the world to win awards at the American LIT Music Awards with songs performed in three different languages.

Earlier this year, JessC released her latest Malay single, Mari Menari Raya, which quickly attracted widespread attention upon release. This time, the song, together with her Chinese single My Style and English single Expose, earned the prestigious “Platinum Winner” recognition at this year’s LIT Music Awards.

JessC’s newly released Malay single Mari Menari Raya achieved international recognition shortly after its debut by winning at the American LIT Music Awards.

Continuous International Recognition

In addition, JessC’s 2024 release One Chance also received the “Gold Winner” award. The song had previously been honored as one of the “Top 10 Songs” at the World Songwriting Awards, further cementing its international acclaim. Her dedication and achievements in music also earned her the title of “Best New Artist.”

Speaking about sweeping multiple awards, JessC shared:

“To me, music has always been a journey of healing and connection. Through different languages, I hope to share that pure sense of love and strength with listeners around the world. These international recognitions inspire me even more to bring our voice to places even farther away.”

She also promised to continue using music as a bridge to showcase the beauty of multiculturalism to the world, while opening a new chapter for Chinese music on the global stage.
